Creating a mess

Delsin arrived via Twilight Town via falling. Well if you can call it falling at all, that is.  The busy town was full of various people walking the streets and Delsin had barely caught himself as he fell on the ground.

"Geeze, i wish this wasn't so hard of a impact" as he dusted off his jean jacket

"Where am I? And where's seattle?"


Delsin shrugged and spun a paint bottle around "Oh well, i guess there's not much sense in me sticking around then... He walked toward a alleyway and began to spray a strange face on the walls.

With the every new arrival things started to get interesting here in Twilight Town as Yusuke knew that he'd save up enough money to make a better shelter for all the newcomers that 'arrive' here but with Jak out and about it made his apartment a bit less crowded. Yusuke was one of the most well respected among the police force as Twilight Town's own Detective. Though Yusuke refused to wear a uniform other than his own he had his badge that was assigned to him in his wallet for safe keeping. Once on patrol after lunch break Yusuke saw someone he hadn't seen before in Twilight Town and spray-painting on the buildings nearby. "Hey You! Sorry buddy but we don't allow Graffiti on the buildings. Normally I would have to arrest you here and now for Vandalism but considering you are new here i'll let it slide this time." 

Yusuke walked up to the strange face on the building that was painted as he tilted his head to the side to get a better look at it. "Hmm not bad at all really. At least the building wasn't covered in crappy art! I have to say you did pretty good at least from my standpoint. Though if you want a place to do that I highly advise you do that in our shelter area as it could use some sprucing up anyways and talent like this needs a more constructive way to be shared." 

Yusuke walked up to the man and held out his hand for a shake. "Name's Yusuke Urameshi It is nice to meet you."

Delsin stood back to admire his work when he heard a yell of a police officer, well not exactly dressed like one but still "Whoa... time to spli-.."  

"Wait, what? You... you like my art? This was.... very odd... everyone else and Reggie would of punished him by arresting him.."

"Shelter area, huh? Wait.. are you serious? My own art area!?

Delsin was happy for once, but he had some ideas.

"Name's Delsin Rowe, yeah..." "The last time i said my name, bad things happened.."

"Bad things happened when you said your name? Wow that must have been tough in school for the rolecall if you couldn't even do that!" Yusuke joked. "Yes I like your art dude! It's different than the graffiti i'm used to seeing in my hometown and by that i mean it's unique and actually looks better than the crap I was used to seeing." 
Yusuke let go of his hand after the handshake. 
"Yeah the shelter area I mentioned is in bad shape and I'm very close to the amount of money to hire some workers to fix it but we would still need someone to paint the area and make it look nice, you get the idea?" Yusuke said with a grin on his face. 
"Welcome to Twilight Town and if you believe this or not this place is actually nowhere close to Earth."
Yusuke said with a slightly serious face but almost bored attitude.

Delsin had to give a slight chuckle at Yusuke's joke "When you got gangs and D.U.P officials after you, then bad things happen. "

"Glad you enjoyed it"

"Twilight Town? Wait, this isn't near earth at all? Great... That explains it."

Delsin said "The shelter area, i could make work for my art. Just show me the way... Oh I forgot... I can fly... so... i'll make it quick."
