With a single soul: Can take on a small goat-boy form body.

Before: Was friends with human kid named, Chara. Kid died, he brought kid to human world, was killed. Was brought to life through experiments in flower body without complete soul. Played with new found abilities of timeline resets, eventually growing bored.
Then: Met new human kid named Frisk, no longer had Reset abilities around said kid. Kid became friends with just about everyone, much to Flowey's disgust. Eventually Frisk reaches final destination, where Flowey vows up and down he used Frisk to get to the human souls already trapped. With these souls Flowey was able to take on his true lost form Asriel Dreemurr he fought Frisk many times eventually losing to Frisk. With a new saddened heart filled with happiness from Frisk's determination, he had sacrificed every inch of power he held onto. However the last bit leftover fragment reformed to a new flowey whom was thrown into the other worlds.

Present: Several weeks have passed and he has lived pretending to be a flower within Twilight town. Every time a stupid idiot child attempts to pick him he goes rather deadly and scars them... badly... Lucky for him nobody believes the "flower" hurting story, or I guess lucky for the parents. At this point he rather just sulk and be left alone, for some reason he feels more empty than he did in undertale. Almost like a complete empty void, if only there was someone he knows, or a way to get his true "DETERMINATION" powers back. He tried his best and he failed, what is there left to do?
Abilities
• Reset: Originally fueled by "determination" he could reset the timeline of his world whenever he felt like it. However using the last bits of his determination and power he had opened a portal and forever lost the ability, even far away from that annoying stupid idiot Frisk. He did for some odd reason regain a small portion of it, just enough to keep reforming as a flower. If he is killed, sliced, mowed, weed killer, eaten by grasshoppers, etc etc... He almost always pop back alive unharmed, still completely powerless and useless but unharmed. This is highly amusing for sadistic bastards who might enjoy plucking petals, stupid idiot bratty kids. Its almost like he became a glitch from his own world, a glitch that just returns over and over. Maybe a piece of Frisk stayed with him? To always provide a small light in the darkness?
• Vines: His vines can't hold his weight completely, Aka unable to use them to walk with, but they can make great slapping weapons. Sometimes if moved at a fast enough speed they can cut through paper. PAPER!! He's so proud. In all seriousness though they can cut human flesh, and with enough speed can be deadly. If he is super creative he can attack from above aiming them into your mouth with their sharp dagger edges. THEY STILL CAN"T HOLD HIS WEIGHT THOUGH, HAHAHAHa. Of course' not without multiple and a strong "determination" to hang on to something crying in searing pain.
• Thorns: His vines can grow little thorns that can be used to shoot pointy objects toward the enemy. They are pretty strong against lvl 1 characters, almost to the point of killing them. Otherwise they're pretty weak compared to his vines his main weapon.
• Teleportation: He can teleport a small distance of... Twenty feet. Requires the ability Dig to work.
• Dig: He can pop himself into the ground as a last ditch effort dodge/hide. Super ineffective against Earthquake, get it.. get it.. earthquake.. pokemon.. no? meh.
Weaknesses
○ Pots: Yes pots, he can be replanted and absolutely cannot go anywhere. Turns out his teleportation needs the ability to use dig to work, ha ha ha ha! Due to his vines being so weak he can't even lift himself if the pot fell over.
○Total Darkness/Shade: He needs sunlight to eat and live, if he is in the shade or total darkness he'll go hungry. Never leave the pot in the shade poor thing will constantly reset feeling worst and worst. Motion sickness!
○ Fire: HE IS A PLANT!! HE FLINCHES AT THE SIGHT OF IT.
○ Weedkiller: Come on.. Come on.. You know there's some somewhere... I mean just think about it... We can use pine needles! Yeah those can kill weeds!
○ Puns: They remind him of Sans, and it really really pisses him off. Causes him to become careless with his attacks and schemes, basically rage pathetic plant.
○ Sharp objects: Think your mighty weapon sword is so mighty? Well you know what! A pair of kid scissors can cut this little bastard down. Take that big fancy Keyblades! You're keys are just... keys?
○ Kids: Why? Why? Why? Why do they insist of pulling the petals? It hurts... A LOT!
Note: okay I'm done, I'm done I swear. Was lazy all through the bio.. But just thinking how easily abused this cute guy... Mmmm.. lovely.
