Adrien sighed as he stared up at the castle from just outside the gate. He had no idea where he was. That Yusuke guy was obviously right about him having lost his world, having lost everything that he knew. It didn't seem likely that we was going to find Ladybug or any of his friends. He was alone and he hadn't any idea on how to really take care of himself on a more basic level. Sure, he could fight those Heartless things and feed himself, but everything else had always been taken care of for him. While his father had never been around, he had still provided. Nathalie had done his father's bidding and made sure Adrien wanted for nothing other than proper human relationships with the adults in his life.

He bit his lip and turned to press his back against the bars. Plagg, what are we supposed to do? Have you ever gotten lost like this? The teen frowned and tugged at his over shirt to open it as the small cat kwami hurried out to float in front of him. Sorry, kid, I'm as lost as you. They don't even have any Camembert! Plagg whined, more upset that he couldn't get his favorite cheese rather than the fact they had no idea where they were or how to get back. The black creature floated over to sulk on Adrien's shoulder. The blond let his distaste at the kwami's upset show and sighed.

He slid down the gate to sit in the dirt, uncaring that his nice clothes were going to get dirty. If he walked into his house with dirt on his pants, he would most certainly get scolded and sent off to change. However, he had no where to go home to. He would take Nathalie's stern tone and the blank, almost disappointed look of his father on a small tablet from a video call instead of this. If he weren't so used to repressing his feelings, Adrien thought that he might just cry from his kind of situation. Not even the fact that he was free of his father's reign and he could act like Chat Noir all he liked didn't make him feel any better.
