Sora is a spunky brunet with wild, spiked out hair. It is the ultimate bed head. He has brilliant blue eyes that sparkle along with his bright smile. From all his adventures he has slightly tanned skin, showing that he spends most of his time outside. Quite befitting of someone from an island. His dress is a little unusual compared to some. Over his shirt is a short jacket lined with red. He has two-toned shorts that billow out until just below his knees. Of course, you can't forget his traditional bright yellow shoes.
personality
♥ Upbeat - Sora has a very bright outlook on life. Even in the darkest of times, he tries to find the silver lining and believe the best.
♥ Helpful - If he finds someone in need, Sora is the first person to offer his services.
♥ Determined - No matter the situation, Sora will not give up. He will not concede defeat until he absolutely must.
♡ Thick Skull - Sora doesn't like to hear that something can't be done. Yes, being determined can be good, but he should know when to call it quits before he gets hurt.
♡ Gullible - While not a complete idiot, Sora doesn't always catch on quickly. He can be very gullible at times and need help from his friends to point out the obvious.
♡ Arrogant - While he isn't terribly arrogant, Sora does think himself better than others at times. Every once in a while, he does need to be knocked down a peg or two to remind him to be humble and he isn't always the best.
history
Sora's story actually starts as his heart is first formed. It meets Ventus' damaged heart, hurt from the formation of Vanitas, and offers to help it heal. This forms a connection between the two Key bearers that allows Sora to reach out to the blond when he was four years old, and harbors Ventus' sleeping heart while he tries to heal himself again.
As Sora grows, his bond with Riku strengths, being best friends and rivals all throughout their childhood. Kairi, coming from another world, enters into their lives and becomes their newest friend. The three of them grow up together, even catching more romantic attention from at least Sora. However, nothing comes of it as darkness threatens Destiny Island.
The brunet is then thrust into an adventure of massive proportions for such a young boy. He learns he is a Keyblade wielder and with the aid of Donald and Goofy, King Mickey's right hand men, he travels the worlds saving them from Heartless. Though becoming a hero to many, Sora's main goal is to find his friends and reunite them. He must fight to free Riku from the draw of darkness, just as he promised Aqua to do so many years ago.
At the end of his first major adventure, he gave his heart to save Kairi's, needing her to be alive, even if it took his own life. This sacrifice caused the creation of his Nobody, Roxas. He slept while his other half traveled on his own, eventually reuniting with the Nobody that so closely resembled Ventus. Now he has a new goal -- to defeat Organization XIII.
He sets off with Donald and Goofy again, foils Organization plots along the way while being taunted and guided by Axel. As they near the end of their journey, getting close to finding the headquarters of the Organization, Sora finds himself facing off against Roxas. They are transported to his Station of Awakening, where Sora eventually defeats his Nobody. He continues on, heading to the Castle That Never Was.
He encounters Dusks that outnumber him to the point where he knew he wouldn't be able to win. He is saved when Axel shows up, giving his existence with one final attack against the Dusks and opening the way to the Castle. Here, he finds the last remaining members of the Organization, Kairi, and Riku. With his best friend at his side, they fight Xemnas and destroy the Kingdom Hearts that he was trying to complete.
After the fall of Xemnas, Riku and Sora find themselves in the company of Yen Sid, offering the opportunity to take the Mark of Mastery. Sora initially declines, thinking himself already a master. However, following the lead of his dearest friend, he reconsiders and travels into the sleeping worlds. Now faced with new threats, Sora learns that the Organization had been formed as vessels to contain the darkness of Xehanort.
He meets Xigbar at the Castle once more, seeing that there are already vessels that have embraced Master Xehanort, including a younger version of himself, out of time and operating with his older self. Xehanort attempts to make Sora a vessel and does damage Sora's heart to the point that he is left unconscious and unable to defend himself. His friends, including Lea, rescue him and return him to the Mysterious Tower. Riku, the only one with the power to wake him, dives into his Dive of the Heart to fight Sora in Ventus' Keyblade Armor.
The brunet is awakened and learns that he has failed his Mark of Mastery. However, something good did come of all of it. Riku was a true Master and he has a new goal to become a Master as well. He won't let his best friend down.
Abilities
• Keyblade wielder - Sora is able to wield the most powerful weapon - a Keyblade. It has the power to lock and unlock the hearts of worlds along with many other abilities.
• Magic - With the power of the Keyblade, Sora is able to cast magic to protect, heal, and attack others.
• Combat - While never formally trained, from years of practicing with sticks, Sora has always been able to handle his weapon in physical combat. He is learning on different ways to get better, but he can quite obviously hold his own.
• Connecting Hearts - Sora seems to have a strange ability to connect his heart with others. He was able to call out to Ventus before he fell into his sleep to communicate with him. He was also able to save himself from being a Heartless without needing to destroy Roxas. It is speculated he might be able to call forth those that are lost, or no longer exist.
Weaknesses
○ Bull headed - Sora doesn't often think things all the way through. He usually just rushes into situations and wings it until he can find a way to win.
○ His Friends - If his friends are in danger, then he MUST go help them. Considering he considers so many friends, those ruled by Darkness have a lot of leverage over him.
○ Not a Master - While he can wield his weapon effectively, he still doesn't know the finer points of being able to wield a Keyblade. He can cast spells, and beat things into submission, but he has yet to figure out the armor or any other fun tricks that come with the weapon.
○ Emotional - While generally a happy guy, Sora isn't above bouts of anger, sadness, and lashing out at others. He can be disrespectful, though usually not intentionally, and he is unobservant, missing some very obvious facts even if they bite him on the nose.
