Often short tempered, rude and impulsive Yusuke can be a total jerk if he wants to be but underneath that hard shell is a carefree and joking attitude. Yusuke loves to fight and he his very good at it too but sometimes if not all the time his desire to fight will get him in trouble.
Along with being a great fighter he also his flaws like being a giant pervert around keiko or any pretty girl nowadays. Despite all this he will defend his friends to the very end and as spirit detective do so for the citizens of earth too.

Today was stupid day first he had another 'Spirit World' case about some weird portals creatures showing up everywhere and the stupid part? They weren't demons no but some sort of creature after people of which everyone could see. This day had just gotten stupider as Yusuke set out toward a dark alley where most of them had been. There they were all surrounding him like swarm of hornets or something ready to sting. As Yusuke readied his Spirit Gun one of those things grabbed his leg and started to drag him down through this dark muck. Darkness was all Yusuke could see but as soon as he opened his eyes he was ion strange town with a very low level of technology and it seemed like the people there had no care whether he was there or not.
"What the hell is this place?"
So began the tale of Yusuke in the world of Traverse Town.
Abilities
•Super Human Ability:
Super Human Strengh, Speed and Stamina.
•Spiritual Energy:
Yusuke can harness his Spiritual energy into his attacks, this also includes his Demon Energy of which is stronger that normal spirit energy and Sacred Energy which is a combination of the two. Though energy attacks cannot be used when using sacred energy and is hard to control.
•Brawler:
Close combat fighting style using mostly punches and kicks.
•Techniques:
Spirit Gun:
Fires a shot of spirit energy which can be charged for more power.
Spirit Gun Barrage:
Fires the Spirit Gun up to 5 times in a row
Spirit Gun Mega:
Yusuke charges his spirit gun to summon a gigantic energy bullet.
Demon Gun:
Yusuke fires a concentrated crimson blast of powerful demon energy that inflicts greater damage than a normal Spirit Gun attack.
Demon Gun Mega:
An ultimate version of his Spirit Gun, where an intense concentration of energy is released to create a devastating energy attack capable of annihilating anything.
Spirit Shotgun:
Fires multiple Spirit Energy punches from his fist that can hit multiple foes or the same foe multiple times.
Shotgun Double Barrel:
Yusuke channels his shotgun attack into both of his fists, and releases his energy out both at the same time. This creates twice the spread.
Spirit Punch:
Yusuke is able to infuse parts of his body with Spirit Energy in an effort to enhance his ability in physical combat, especially his punches.
Spirit Kick:
Yusuke surrounds his foot with spirit energy to strengthen his kicks.
Spirit Wave:
A technique learned from Genkai where he uses his whole body as a catalyst for his spirit energy which lets him negate energy like attacks as well as boosting his abilities tenfold.

Weaknesses
○Demon Half:
While he can't die from age because of his demon half he can still be killed.
Things that normally would be useless on humans are effective now on Yusuke such as Wards and Seals.
○Friends: Yusuke cares for his friends deeply and if they were threatened in some way you can bet Yusuke would try to punch that person out for that.
○Pervert: Like with Keiko is often a grab first ask questions later kinda guy which will sometimes if not every time end him up in trouble.
○Loves to fight: Yusuke can't help himself sometimes as he would often get in trouble for fights he started or ended.
