Sin sat toying with the piercing in his lip. Why was he so weak? Why was he so easily manipulated? Why didn't he think things through? Well, those were actually very easy questions to answer, but he really rather not. He pushed those thoughts away and tried to think of anything more pleasant. He didn't do well when he thought about how he became the way he was. He didn't take any consideration for himself, ever. He just gave everything of himself to others and had been taught the only value he held was how happy he made someone else.

Those were not thoughts he allowed himself to dwell on.

He took a deep breath and pulled his heels onto the seat he was on. His cold drink was sitting beside him, forgotten on the table. He was really lucky that he had picked a deep enough pocket without getting caught. Two nights into this "adventure" and he had enough munny to keep himself fed and in a hotel room for just a few more days. He really needed to figure out what to do before he ran out. But what did a stranger to this world do to earn munny? There didn't really seem to be much need for the likes of him.

The blond shook his head and reached for the small music player that had been in his pocket when that "scientist" had shoved him through the hole he created. It was the only thing from home that he could take comfort in. He was about to lift the headphones to cover his ears and fall into a peaceful state when he glanced at the small device in his hand. Crimson eyes stared at the bits of plastic and metal and put it back in his pocket without being used. He didn't have a charger nor had he seen an outlet anyway so he was going to have to conserve battery.

Sin let out a low groan of displeasure and looked at the few people milling about this area of Traverse Town. He really needed some way to find how to be useful around here.

It's been a week since Yusuke arrived in this weird town yet somehow he still had contact with 'Spirit World' but they couldn't send him back but only convert any money he earned as a spirit detective into this weird currency here called 'Munny'. Yet with only so much to live off of from his funds as 'Spirit Detective' Yusuke would have to look for a new job sooner or later.

"Crap running low on money here i might need to find a place to make some decent cash, hmm maybe i can ask if they need any bodyguards or something? Hmm I like the sound of getting paid for wiping out some of those weird creatures on a daily basis, maybe like 10 munny per kill? That would be perfect if they actually had anything like that!"

Yusuke casually kicked a rock which got sent flying toward a young man's face. "Oh Crap!" To any normal person seeing this yusuke had just vanished from the spot he was in and was then seen 15 feet away from where he was originally with a rock in his hand now firmly crushed to dust before it hit the boy. In reality he was fast enough to catch the rock due to his own speed and strong enough to hit it there in the first place without realizing.

"Whew! Sorry about that! Are you alright?"

The blond vaguely caught the figure of a dark haired man passing by. He had fallen back into thought without realizing it and wasn't paying much attention. It was much more concerning to him that he couldn't think of a damn thing to do to take care of himself. Only children had the opportunity to just ask for someone else to take care of them, not to worry like this. He wasn't a child and even when he had been he hadn't been allowed to truly be one.

A sound drew his attention and he noticed the dark haired man for the first time. He was looking in his direction then he was gone. His brow furrowed then he was almost on the ground in shock. Sin jerked back as the guy appeared in front of him, hand out. He half fell into the table, knocking over his drink. His bright red eyes were wide in shock and he stammered as he tried to figure out what had just happened. I .. I don't .. How .. What? The shifter was having trouble comprehending how the guy had been a small distance from him, and now stood directly before him.

It took a moment for him to realize the guy had said something. He lifted his head to meet the male's gaze. While he was able to understand what had been said to him, he still couldn't form a proper sentence himself. What? Oh, that was a terrible answer. That wasn't an answer at all actually, but he couldn't think how to remedy it. He was slowly getting used to weird things around here. Shoved through some hole into a different world with no way home. Weird little shadow things that wanted to hurt people. Some guy that could disappear and appear at will. Yeah, so not normal.
