Hikari stands at a height of 4'10", having brown hair tied in pigtails and eyes of a blue color. Her attire usually consists of her blue and white school uniform, but at nighttime before going to bed, she is seen in her pink pajamas. Suffice to say, most of Hikari's clothing is described as ordinary.

personality

♥ Leadership - Even though Hikari is a student herself, the responsibility of her role of leadership (or just a class representative) is something she takes very seriously. The state of the well-being her friends as well as her colleagues is a priority, and she feels it should never be ignored. Keeping them in line is a must for her as well.
♥ Social - Hikari is one who usually chats with a friend, whether it be about what events said friend is going through.
♥ Kindness - Aside from her strict behavior during her duties, there is kindness within Hikari's heart. When one is experiencing tragedy, she will hope things can get better for them. She may even cook them a meal for lunch.


♡ Strict - Hikari is shown to be strict during her duties as a class representative, let alone a leader. It is something she herself realizes, and it is worried that it can affect her cooking skills.
♡ Anti-Pervert - Hikari does not like perverts. She simply does not like them. If anything, she finds them to be thirsty fools who are only attracted by certain features. This is especially the case with boys that have those kinds of traits, like a certain military otaku...
♡ Love Confession Difficulty - One of Hikari's biggest problems is that if she ever starts to fall in love with someone, she will have a lot of difficulty outright admitting it. Others may be able to see through whatever lies she may say related to it, but unless Hikari summons the courage to confess, she'll just refuse to make it absolutely obvious. The only thing she can do is tell someone else about it and keep it a secret, and even that isn't enough.

history

Hikari Horaki was born on January 25th, 2002 as the younger sister of Kodama Horaki, as well as the elder sister to Nozomi Horaki. Her mother died sometime after Nozomi was born, and several years later on, she joined a school as a student and representative of
Class 2-A, alongside several other students that were unknowingly being elected as possible Evangelion pilots. It was there that she met Toji Suzuhara, a jock, and Kensuke Aida, a military otaku. Among them was also Rei Ayanami.

Time passed, and Shinji Ikari, EVA Unit 01's pilot, joined the same class. Much later came Unit 02's pilot, Asuka Langley Soryu, and the two girls became friends. A while later, Hikari, aware of her crush on Toji, offered to give him leftovers of her cookings, and he agreed to receiving. However, after the fight with Bardiel, Toji had lost his leg, and Hikari was not allowed to give him leftovers, as he was in the hospital.

After the battle with Arael, Asuka ran away from home and stayed the night at Hikari's, where she played video games and never went to school. They even went to bed, where Hikari admitted she would allow Asuka to do whatever she want without being told on. Asuka left the next morning, and Hikari's home was soon attacked by shadows.

Afterwards, she ended up on Destiny Islands, and thus began her adventure...

Abilities

Hikari has learned to swim at her school, and is shown to be quite capable of going at it for a few minutes before she needs to take a break. Cooking is one of Hikari's hobbies, as she has gotten used to being the family cook. When it comes to love on that topic, Hikari usually believes that they key to a partner's heart is his stomach.

Weaknesses

As of right now, Hikari still is not a capable combatant. Sometime during her experience in the hodgepodge of worlds, she may develop some skills, but for the time being, she is absolutely new to combat.
As explained in personality, Hikari is strict when it comes to handling her duties. She herself is aware of this, and she often believes it affects her cooking. Sometimes, she cannot help it, but she cannot helped but be bothered by it, just a little bit.
Above all, Hikari is human, and can receive any and all damage directed to her.
