Sometime during the afternoon, with the light glistening from a window in the hallway, Naminé was glanced around in hopes for something. She walked over to the window's edge and leaned beside it. Surely someone is around. I don't see anybody outside, though.
As a sigh passed through her, she continued her gaze to the outside of the building. Last she remembered was waking up in that secluded white room that she resided in while messing with Sora, Donald and Goofy’s memories. The ambiance of her surroundings gave her the idea that something was different around the castle. However, it is unknown to her as to the specificity of it all. Even the drawings in her sketch book gave her little to go off of.
She played with the ends of her blonde hair, stating aloud, "I just want to know . . . what's truely going on here . . . "

The days were long, just like they had always been. Roxas could remember the days that felt as though they would never cease, but they always ended with him laying in his uncomfortable bed.. Looking at the ceiling and questioning himself in what he had convinced himself was the truth. It was late in the afternoon, he figured, but the world here always remained the same, drenched in a thick layer of darkness that could refused to relinquish the distinguishable aspects of the time of day.
He had been waiting for so long, it felt like, for more members of the Organization to turn up here - for a being without a heart, he had much worry for those that he worked with back in the days of Xemnas' reign upon them all. Perhaps it was just the link he had with Sora that made him this way, or maybe.. It was something that he, himself, had created in his few years of existence? He had it pried into his skull that he was meant to be nothing, and that what he was working for was the right to be. He ha learned recently, however, that such things were not the case, and what had been fed to all of them were lies. Lies to help Xemnas get his way and fulfill only his desires.
But, what could be expected from a Nobody, in the end?
Roxas was beginning to learn, that anything could be.
The blond boy heaved a sigh, his feet carrying him through the hall of the castle. He could have just as easily sprouted up a dark corridor to get him to his room, but the thought of walking sounded rather pleasing to him, maybe even therapeutic. So much had been on his mind these past few days that he was brought back into the physical world and away from Sora's heart; a lot of it, he didn't yet understand, but he was willing to do anything to make it so he could be of use to everyone who was even more lost and misguided than he was. He had Axel. Not everyone had a person to guide them like that, and he was so appreciative.
He rounded a corner, only to be met with a familiar figure that looked rather out of place in this world. Blinking his azure eyes, he squinted, stomach twisting as he placed the face and body features on a singular person he had known from the past. But.. No, it can't be. But it was.
"Namine?" He called out the name, his feet taking off and running towards the blonde girl, a bright grin on his face. It was always nice to see a friend... But how did she get here? Eh, he didn't need to worry about that right now. She was here, and that was all that mattered. Without thinking much, the young male opened his arms and wrapped them around Kairi's counterpart, hugging with intensely with a loud laugh that bounced off of the empty walls.
"Man, am I glad to see you!" He excitedly announced after he pulled away, letting his arms fall back to his side. "You got split up from Kairi, just like I did with Sora. Do you know what's been going on?" Namine was always extraordinarily knowledgeable about things relating to Sora, so maybe there were some answers that she had to give.

The thoughts kept on running through Naminé’s head, contemplating how she isn’t in Kairi’s heart. It made no sense for her to be separated, and yet here she is. Without Kairi. The idea of Roxas and Sora being separated crossed her mind. Maybe they are in the same situation as Kairi and I right now. But . . . how? This isn’t right. Can it be that time has gone backwards? But wait, I wonder how far back. Maybe Sora hasn’t stepped into this world yet and he hasn’t dealt with everything that I did to him? No, that doesn’t seem right . . .
Her gaze from the window was quickly interrupted as she heard someone call out her name. What? Someone is here! By the time she turned her head, a smiling blonde male had his arms open, suddenly taking hold of her, and laughing. As he spoke, the realization that it was Roxas planted a pleasant smile on her face. Her cheeks filled with a hint of rosy color. How wonderful it is for Roxas to be the one I meet up with! But, that means it’s true. Roxas and Sora . . . Oh no. He probably has no clue . . .
As she listened to Roxas, she continued to smile as her fingers fidgeted with her sketch book’s edges in front of her. If Roxas believes she has no idea, then there would be a loss until someone else comes along. Maybe this is all her fault somehow and she has no idea because she erased her own memory. She kept her hands occupied in order to not think the worst. "Well," Naminé stated, "I believe we are back here for a reason. Clearly, we both have become our personal selves, which means that Sora and Kairi are out in one of the worlds somewhere." She rested her sketch book to her right side and placed her left hand on her chest. “I think the safest route for the both of us may be to stick together. We might be able to find an Organization member and see what’s going on with them, if they are around, that is. If they are not around, maybe we can travel to Traverse Town or Twilight Town?” She changed position by using her left hand to hold onto Roxas’s right hand.
If this all really is my fault, then I will do whatever it takes to make things right.

Namine was always quick to be kind to him, and that was most appreciated by the blond boy. The young Nobody looked out of the window, the great Kingdom Hearts looming overhead sorrowfully in the sky, incomplete and never to be returned to its former glory. Sora had diminished the brilliant moon and had taken Xemnas down from his throne, and Roxas knew that he would never be able to show his true gratitude for such a thing. It was incredible, the things that his someone could do.. Roxas would never be able to live up to that light - he was well aware.. And slightly bitter.
The plan that had been stated by his friend were sound and smart, just what he'd expect from coming from her. Namine was the most resourceful out of all of them, he was sure of it. She was smart and knew what to do in just about any situation. Sticking together not only sounded comforting to the Key of Destiny, but it would probably help them in their current position.
"Ah-!" He said when she spoke of other Organization members, giving a few nods of affirmation. "Axel's here with me! We've been staying here and doing all we can to look for more of us that could have come back." The blond smiled brightly, knowing that his best friend would be there for him, thick and thin. Now, Namine was here with them! All he had to do now was.. Find Xion.. And then everyone could be together. All four of them. And they could have sea salt ice cream, talk about their day, sit atop the clock tower and watch the never-ending sunset... His stomach churned delightedly with butterflies at the thought of having all of his friends together with him.
"I've actually already checked Twilight Town today, but I was going to be heading out for Traverse Town soon, if you wanted to come along?" The husk chimed, sounding much to happy to be lacking something as important as a heart. If one didn't know, they would just assume to be like any other human being in existence. Maybe it was because he stemmed from Sora, or.. What Axel had said so many times was actually true - that his reason for being special was simply because he was Roxas.
"I'm sure we have a lot of catching up to do anyways, huh?"

Roxas was the type to connect well with people, so to Naminé it made sense that he could bond well with many individuals. She kept an eye on him throughout the time when the Organization was roaming many worlds and accomplishing missions. However, the fact that Roxas was aware of someone already being at the castle flooded her with a mix of emotions. What does this all mean? How much can anyone remember and, more so, will anyone have an answer as to what happened in the first place?
As she walked, still holding onto Roxas’ hand, his idea to travel to Traverse Town was her next goal to complete. If we can find someone, anyone, to communicate with, we will be alright . She smiled as she spoke, “Wonderful idea, Roxas. We do have no much to discuss between you and I. It feels as if it’s been so long, and yet it’s like we missed only minutes apart form each other. But before we travel there, did you get the chance to explore all of the castle with Axel?”
She didn’t want to leave anything behind before travelling to Traverse Town, or anywhere else for that matter. In fact, it is possible that some drawings of hers may be scattered not just in the castle, but in other worlds too. Her walk was a comfortable pace as she continued to glimpse around the hallway.
She stopped walking abruptly. A wave of realization occurred to her, not fully grasping the name that brushed across her lips. “Wait a moment,” she pondered and turned to look at Roxas. Her hand released her hold on him, “You found Axel? Here? Where is he right now?”

"We've been trying to, at least." He said with a big of a laugh, finding that the blonde was reluctant to let go of his hand; Roxas, of course, was one that was always in for the enjoyment of physical contact, so he gripped hers all the same. He looked over at her the more she spoke, taking in everything that his friend said into deep consideration. His Nobody counterpart then stopped, something obviously striking her attention as a bright realization appeared before her.
You found Axel? Here? Where is he right now?
"O-Oh, uh, Probably.. At the castle?" The Keyblade wielder stopped and smiled a bit nervously, having not known that the fact of Axel having returned was as important as it was to her; he figured that a bit more of an explanation was in order. If Namine was going to be joining the team in helping to locate the other members of the Organization, not to mention others that returned that weren't even a part of the controlled band of Nobodies. The situation that they were all in was a confusing one, as well as a dire one - the consequences that could arise from the decisions they made during these delicate days would impact the rest of all of their existences - they had to treat them with the utmost of care.
Roxas turned and held his free hand up, his palm facing outward to cast the spell of a dark corridor. The rift opened up before them, the other end destined for Traverse Town, that being the only world that he had yet to check for the day. Every day was the same, recently - of course he was used to things like that, so it didn't bother him nearly as much as it would anyone else. They would check the worlds, see if anyone had arrived, and would then spend the rest of their day goofing off and making a mess of the kitchen trying to bake something. Both Roxas and Axel working together with things like that was a destiny for disaster.
"After we go check out Traverse Town, we can go see him, if you want. If he's taking a nap we can scare him awake or something." The boy grinned darkly, though the playfulness behind it was highly apparent. "C'mon." He motioned his head, and the the two of them were stepping into the portal, to arrive on the other side.
[End]
