Sin sipped at his drink while staring out at the water. He had taken the train over to the beach area that had all these mysterious happenings going on. He hadn't bothered to look for any of them, but he had wanted to find something different to do. He had tried to help out where he could, doing odd jobs around the town. It was good enough to keep a motel roof over his head but it wasn't a comfortable feeling knowing that all these jobs were up for grabs to the kids around town, too.
He had seen a trio running around, earning munny to come here often enough. The girl seemed nice enough but he never bothered to approach them. It wasn't like he had anything to offer them. He also wasn't really interested in getting involved with anyone here. It was too nice a place to get attached to since he knew it wasn't going to last. He gave a small sigh and glanced back toward the train station. He didn't have anywhere to be so he might just miss the last train back and wander the area for the night. Well, until the train started running again. Being stuck in a permanent twilight was just as bad as permanent night.
The blond missed home for that one reason alone. He could do without his "parents" of various types though he did wish he still had someone to ask for guidance. It had never been nice, or meant to be particularly helpful, but it was something. It was nicer than being completely alone without a purpose and without someone to look to if he needed anything. Or rather, could offer something in return for whatever help he might require at the time. He felt utterly useless here.
