It sure did look like the other was planning to make sure that the blond was as comfortable as possible, making sure that there was no fear tonight. He would close his eyes and he'd wake up in the morning with the redhead right next to him, assuring him that everything was going to be alright. He was motioned towards the bed, an the smaller male complied instantly. He didn't feel like he should be in disagreement with anything that was coming out of the Flurry's mouth right now - he was too grateful for not having to be by himself. And to be with the person that he had missed so much through all of this.
As Axel unzipped his coat and prepared for the realm of sleep, Roxas did the same, but he was also in the midst of extremely deep thought. He couldn't help but think of how afraid he was when he had seen Axel give up his own life to save both he and Sora. The blond remembered that he tried to scream, to cry, to call out for the other to not do such a thing, but no sound was able to get out. He hadn't thought how oddly that must have made Sora feel at that very moment - the sorrow that poor boy must have felt, all because of him. He felt guilty in that sudden instant, looking on the situation in a completely different light. It simply felt like no matter what angle Roxas came at things, something went wrong and there was something that he would regret later.
Kicking his boots off, the young key-bearer made his way to the bed, removing his pants and vest, leaving him in nothing but his boxers, which is what he normally slept in under any usual circumstances. This was.. Definitely going to be the most "normal" he had felt in quite a long time. The tiny body got into the bed next to the Nobody he had learned so easily to call his best friend, finding that the warmth to the most soothing thing he figured he had ever felt in his short life - this one, and the last. It completely topped sitting at the clock-tower, eating sea-salt ice cream..
Wow.
The moment his head hit the pillow, he felt the room around him begin to spin, though it was more of a calming sensation than a disturbing one; he felt like he was finally able to relax with Axel next to him, keeping him safe from everything that could possibly hurt him or take him away.
"You're so warm." His voice was gentle, azure eyes drifting to a close, but he refused to let sleep take him just yet. The youth shifted his body a little bit closer, the side of his face resting upon the stiff pillow, though he had to admit, it was place he had ever rested his head in his whole life. A delicate smile began to grow upon his lips, and with another shift, he was able to rest his head upon Axel's outstretched arm instead of the pillow. He bent his knees to put his body in an almost-fetal position, sleep already threatening him, but he didn't want this moment to end quite yet.
"Y'know," He began with a sleepy tone, sounding much too dazed to be in control of what he was saying. "I realized right after I left.. That you would miss me. And I missed you so much."
